SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of reduction of heterogeneity of charge of target antibody, method for production of target antibody with low heterogeneity of charge and methods of making drug preparation for treating malignant growths, containing antibody against glypican 3 or antibody against IL-31RA. Presented method for reduction of heterogeneity of charge of target antibody involves culturing of CHO cells, which produce antibody, at temperature of 36–38 °C for 3–7 days after beginning of cultivation, and then cultivation temperature is reduced to 32–35 °C once and then cultivation is continued at low temperature of cultivation for approximately 1–50 days.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain antibody with reduced charge heterogeneity, which can be used for making medicinal preparations.
