FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a test system for detecting provirus DNA of bovine leukosis virus (BLV), comprising plastic bottles and test tubes, a thermostable Tag-polymerase enzyme, a reaction setting buffer, mixture of four deoxynucleotide triphosphates, an internal control sample, a positive control sample – a recombinant plasmid containing a fragment of the genome of DNA of bovine leucosis provirus, synthetic oligonucleotide primers and dyes marked with dyes, according to the invention for the internal control sample a bacteriophage T4 suspension with concentration of 5×103 copies of nucleotide sequences per 1 mcl, and for a positive control sample – a mixture of recombinant plasmid DNA containing a fragment of the genome of DNA of bovine leucosis provirus and a fragment of the bacteriophage T4 genome, taken in ratio 1:1.
EFFECT: invention enables authentically diagnosing a bovine leukosis provirus (BLV) gene for early detection of leukemia.
