SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, molecular genetics and veterinary science. Disclosed is a method for diagnosis of cattle leukemia by polymerase chain reaction in real time in multiplex format, including sets of genetic engineering structures (oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent probes) for simultaneous early detection of fragments of the proviral genome.
EFFECT: invention can be used for diagnosing animal leukemia.
