FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the railway track construction, particularly to elastic elements of rail fastening which is being installed between the rail pad and concrete sleeper. Rail pad of resilient laminated material comprises rubber layers of rectangular shape with a cord and riffling over the rubber upper surface in the form of longitudinal and transverse grooves shifted relative to each other. The upper layers comprise a rubber cord made of metallic wire, the direction of which in adjacent layers is performed at an angle to each other. Lower lining layers comprise cords of textile with a filaments parallel arrangement. At the ends of the gasket between the upper and lower rubber layers triangular shaped elements with increasing of cross-section towards the end are embedded. The rubber layers are symmetrically curved from the middle to the edges.
EFFECT: increase of the rail pads perceived space and their elastic properties improvement.
