FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: part is divided to n areas with the length equal to maximum eight diameters of the part, between the areas transverse radial grooves are milled to the depth equal to the half of the allowance for the maximum part diameter, the part is suspended vertically on a flexible element, and an even area is fixed starting from the bottom end using the clamps, that are located inside the milled transverse grooves; the said area is heated by a DC source to a tempering temperature, and deformation is performed by tensioning with exceedance of the elastic strength by 2-4% using power cylinders, then heating is disconnected, the part is held, unloaded with permanent load to the ambient temperature, then the next even area is fixed passing uneven areas, further similarly fixation, heating and deformation by tensioning of all even areas with the simultaneous compression of uneven areas are performed till its top end. The method is implemented in the device containing a casing with clamps, a power drive and heating elements. Each clamp is made in the form of two plates with build-in replaceable locks, and volume locks-centre plates located at both sides of the plates. The cylinders of the power drives are secured vertically, parallel to the part axis, and each of them has three tight chambers, made out of an elastic material, wherein each power cylinder has two rods-pistons.
