FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method of controlling thermal power treatment of a shaft workpiece and a device for its implementation. Method includes application of reference marks on extreme deformable sections of workpiece, located on opposite ends of shaft workpiece, heating of the berth with the shaft workpiece with simultaneous contactless control of the position and shape of the reference marks and control of the transverse profile of the deformable sections of the workpiece and their spatial position by simultaneous illumination of controlled deformable sections of workpiece with structured light, determining the actual value of plastic deformation of the controlled deformable sections of the workpiece by deformation of reference marks taking into account temperature deformations and general displacements of elements of the power mechanism of the berth, which provide fixation of the shaft workpiece, correcting the heating of the berth to ensure elongation of the workpiece with a given range of plastic flow, note here that the length of the controlled deformable sections of the workpiece with reference marks applied on them is selected based on the condition of their length being equal to the value of the wavelength of plastic deformation. Device is made with possibility of shaft workpiece processing with its extreme deformable sections located on opposite ends of the shaft workpiece, with reference marks and contains a mechanism for fixing the shaft workpiece in the berth, which is made in the form of supports with a spherical support surface with supports made with possibility of abutment against the support surfaces of the berth, berth at the edges has four process windows made for 90°, and opposite each process window there is a bracket with a digital camera, an infrared camera and a structured light source installed on it, optical axes of which are made with possibility of convergence on corresponding reference marks, wherein digital camera, infrared camera, structured light source and heating element are connected to control unit, wherein the inputs of the control unit are connected to the output of the infrared cameras, the output of the control unit is connected to the structured light source and the heating element, and the camera is connected to the input and output of the control unit.

EFFECT: higher quality of thermal power treatment.
