FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: heat-protective material based on EPDM rubber, containing sulfur, zinc oxide, stearin, carbon black P-324, tetramethylthiuram disulfide, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, ditiomorpholin, pine rosin, reinforced silica and a modifying agent - phosphorus-boron-nitrogen-containing oligomer; the material is characterized in that it comprises phosphorus-boron-nitrogen-containing oligomer pre-treated with the colloidal silica in the form of the BS-120 reinforced silica, in the following ratio, mass fractions: rubber EPDM-40 100.0; sulfur 2.0; dithiodimorpholine 2.0; tetramethylthiuram 0.75; 2-mercaptobenzothiazole 1.5; zinc oxide, 5.0; stearin 1.0; F-324 carbon black 2.0; pine rosin 3.0; BS-120 reinforced silica 27.0; the modifying additive 6.0.
EFFECT: reducing the warming rate of the heat-protective material.
