FIELD: heat-shielding materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-shielding materials based on ethylene-propylene diene rubbers, which can be used in aircraft and rocket production. A heat-protective material is proposed, containing in parts by weight: ethylene propylene diene rubber “СКЭПТ-40” – 100.0, sulfur – 2.0; dithiodimorpholine – 2.0, thiuram “Д” – 0.75, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole – 1.5, zinc oxide – 5.0, stearin – 1.0, pine rosin – 3.0, white carbon black “БС-120” – 30.0 and ceramic microfibers and aluminosilicate microspheres with a pre-applied modifier - 10.0, where the modifying additive is a product of the interaction of dicyandiamine with dimethylphosphite in an environment of 50 wt.% of phosphoric acid, applied to ceramic microfibers and aluminosilicate microspheres at mass ratios ceramic microfibers: aluminosilicate microspheres: 5 wt.% of aqueous solution of modifying additive = 10: 5 : 1-5.
EFFECT: increase in heat-protective properties and implementation of the intended purpose.
