SUBSTANCE: method is presented by state intestinal microbiota diagnosis amid eradication therapy of Helicobacter pylori, consisting in establishing the nucleotide sequences of individual microorganisms microbiota of patient's bowel by bacterial gene 16S rRNA, on the basis of which the composition, the number of species and diversity index Shannon H microbial community are calculated before, during and after eradication.
EFFECT: invention allows to diagnose the patient's condition of microbiota, predict the risk of intestinal disorders and to determine a course of corrective therapy aimed at restoring normal intestinal microflora based on the number and composition of the microbial species diversity index H.
