FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: spherical solar power generator with multiple refraction and reflection of rays in concentrator is designed as a ball. The role of a concentrator is played by the transparent spherical solar power generator itself integrally combined with a mirror spherical metal electrode. Sun rays pass through the transparent spherical electrode, then through the p-n-junction and are reflected from the mirror spherical electrode. While reverse passing through a p-n-junction the rays enter the n-semiconductor in which the refractive index increases as it approaches the surface like in optical fibre cables by changing the impurity concentration. As the result of refraction the beam crosses the p-n-junction again and is reflected from the mirror spherical electrode. After multiple reflections and refractions most of the sun rays are converted into electric current.

EFFECT: solar power generator allows to improve existing methods of conversion of electromagnetic radiation into electric current without expensive costs and complex technologies.
