SUBSTANCE: photovoltaic cell is made in the form of a cylinder with the size of the generatrix L, a section of which in a plane perpendicular to the generatrix, is the correct geometric shape with a size in diameter D; on the inner surface of the cylinder substrate and its ends, the first electrode - the chemical deposition of metal, creating acceptor impurity centres in the semiconductors, from the salt-containing solution; the active layer with a thickness Δ - the semiconductor of the n-type in the form of a continuous film, amorphous or polycrystalline, or a mixture of nano - and micro powders with an average grain size d, deposited from the suspension with the equity volumetric content of the powder m; the second electrode - a mixture of nano - and micro e-light transparent semiconductor and opaque metal in the ratio of (1-δ)/δ deposited from the suspension, are applied by layers; after the application of the layered structure, its thermal annealing is carried out in a vacuum or inert atmosphere with the selection of technological modes so that a p-n junction is formed in the active layer by diffusion of the acceptor impurity from the material of the first electrode in the semiconductor of electronic conductivity; a dielectric substrate with a film electrode - a light reflector - is electrically and mechanically attached to one of the ends of the cylinder-substrate. In this case, the cell parameters can satisfy the relations D~Δ/m; Δ/d~1-3; L/D~10; δ=0.7.
