Composition for the production of marmalade, comprising molasses, sugar, gelling agent, food acid, biologically active component, additionally contains stevioside, as a biologically active component contains an extract of fruits of burdock and pekmez from fruits of red mulberry, as a food acid contains a mixture of ascorbic and succinic acids taken in a ratio of 5:1, as a gelling agent contains apricot gum, with the following ratio of the starting components in the mixture, mass%: molasses 30–34, stevioside 0.03–0.05, apricot gum 20–24, extract of fruits of burdock 3–4, pekmez from the fruits of red mulberry 24–32, mixture of ascorbic and succinic acid 0.5–0.8, sugar the rest. At the same time, the marmalade contains an extract of the burdock fruit, obtained by extracting the fruits of burdock with water, followed by thickening to 1/25 of its volume.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the nutritional value of the product, reduce the sugar content, and also to increase the prophylactic properties in the form of maintaining the tone and elasticity of the facial skin.
