FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: hysteresis trigger contains groups of p-conduction transistors, n-conduction transistors, a supply "+" bus connection input, a zero-volt bus connection input, a backup input for connecting the "+" supply bus, a backup zero-volt bus connection input, three backup inputs for the first input of the trigger and three backup inputs for the second input of the trigger, three trigger backup inputs.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the hysteretic trigger used in self-timed circuits to build an indicator of the transients termination in them due to fail-operational capability and fault tolerance; regarding the failures and malfunctions of transistors; regarding the breaks of the input-output wires; regarding power supply failures, and also due to integrated fail-operational capability and fault tolerance regarding failures and malfunctions of transistors, I/O wire breaks and power supply failures.
