FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: fluorescent optic DNA biosensor consists of a substrate adsorbed on the substrate of a thin film of the DNA-protein complex, wherein the substrate is made of monocrystalline silicon with a surface orientation (100), a size of 18×18 mm and a thickness of 380±20 microns. The roughness of the working surface is ≤0.06 and the protein content in the thin film is from 10-15 to 10-9 mol/l.
EFFECT: development of a fluorescent optic DNA-biosensor designed for multiple use without a loss of sensitivity, particularly, in the determination of protein molecules in small concentrations.
