SUBSTANCE: method includes producing the biosensor substrate with an array of nanowires forming the photonic crystal, preparing the substrate surface for modification by the affinity molecules, activating the surface by the affinity molecules specific for the target analytes, the presence of the target analytes is detected by adding specific detection molecules thereto, bearing the fluorescent label selected so that the maximum of the fluorescence label coincides in the wavelength with the resonant mode of the photonic crystal, leading to increase of the fluorescence label intensity at this wavelength, and then the biosensor surface is regenerated for reuse.

EFFECT: ensuring the biosensor reusability.
