FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method of personified administration of standard or combined luteal phase (LF) maintenance modes in IVF program. DNA is recovered from samples of tissues in patient with tubal-peritoneal infertility factor, genotype is detetmined by LHCGR loci: 872 A>G (Asn291Ser) [rs12470652]; PGR: 38 T>C [rs484389] using PCR in real time. If risk genotypes 38 T/S or 38 C/C for PGR gene or 872 T/C for LHCGR gene are present, the standard LF maintenance mode is recommended - by micronized progesterone (P). If there are no risk genotypes, the combined LF maintenance mode is recommended - by micronized P+a-GnRH.
EFFECT: method improves the efficiency of IVF programs in infertile women.
