SUBSTANCE: based on information about the microbial composition of the ejaculate, determined in lg HE/ml, the Androflor test, the prognostic index - ECHO-Pro-N is calculated according to the original formula. And if the value of ECHO-Pro-N>0 - then the probability of obtaining more than 40% of embryos of excellent and good quality is low, if ECHO-Pro-N≤ 0 then it’s high.
EFFECT: method provides quick results of prediction, does not require additional invasive interventions, is easily accessible, and can be used before starting infertility treatment using ART.
