FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to clinical-laboratory diagnostics and aims at predicting the probability of obtaining immature oocytes in programs of auxiliary reproductive technologies (ART) using molecular-genetic markers. Peripheral blood samples of patient suffering from tuboperitoneal factor of infertility DNA are recovered and by real-time PCR polymorphic loci AMHR2 are determined: (-482 A > G) [rs2002555], LHCGR (Ser312Asn) [rs2293275], ESR2 G > A [RsaI] [rs4986938], LHCGR (Asn291Ser) [rs12470652]. Obtained data is included into discriminator function. Probability of producing immature oocytes is determined by formula p = 1/(1 + e-z). If p is less than 0.5, that event will not occur, otherwise it is supposed to be occurred.
EFFECT: invention provides creation of efficient method for prediction of producing immature oocytes in ART programs, particularly to predict outcomes of in vitro fertilization program.
