FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of molecular-genetic diagnostics in programs of auxiliary reproductive technologies (ART) and concerns prediction of produced embryos quality. Method: patient is genotyped by polymorphic loci, based on genetic typing results probability of producing low-quality embryos is determined by formula p = 1/(1 + e-z), where Z = -2236 -0.79 * AMHT/G -20.621 * AMHG/G +0.993 * FSHRA/G+ 0.364 * FSHRG/G -1.206 * LHCGR (935 A > G)A/G + 1.164 * LHCGR (935 A > G)A/A + 22.888 * LHCGR (872 A > G)A/G + 21.6 * LHCGR (872 A > G)A/A. In case if p is more than 0.5 obtaining of low-quality embryos is predicted, and if p is less than 0.5 obtaining of low-quality embryos is not predicted. Invention can be useful in selecting of personalised circuit of superovulation stimulation, development of individual approach to embryological stage during patient treatment by extracorporeal fertilization (EF).
EFFECT: genetic typing can be used as minimally invasive, affordable and not expensive test used once before beginning of ART program.
