FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to macromolecular chemistry and medicine, namely to versions of method for creation of pseudo-living radical polymerization of amphiphilic block copolymers for eukaryotic cells transfection, comprising a cationic block - poly (N, N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) and a hydrophobic block - poly (oligopropylene glycol acrylate). According to the first version, the method includes preparation of an azoic isobutyric acid dinitrile (AAD) solution and a reversible chain transfer agent, selected from cyano-isopentanoic acid dithiobenzoate and S,'S-bis-(2-methyl-isobutyrate)trithiocarbonate, in N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, solution degassing, polymerization to obtain a polymeric reversible chain transfer agent such as poly(N, N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) containing a dithiobenzoate or a trithiocarbonate group, its dilution in a oligopropylene glycol acrylate/benzene mixture, and polymerization followed by isolation, purification and drying of the resultant block copolymer. According to the second version, the process includes preparation of AAD solution and reversible chain transfer agent in the oligopropylene glycol acrylate/benzene mixture, solution degassing, polymerization to obtain a polymeric reversible chain transfer agent such as poly(oligopropylene glycol acrylate) containing a dithiobenzoate or a trithiocarbonate group, its dilution with AAD mixed with N,N-dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate/benzene, polymerization followed by isolation, purification and drying of the resultant block copolymer.
