FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: fuel leaks detection system in a vehicle with a hybrid drive includes a vacuum intake, a vacuum pump with electric drive with the first outlet for supplying the vacuum and a second outlet for release of air, fuel system pressure sensor, and a controller. The controller directs vacuum from the first outlet of the vacuum pump to the vacuum intake device with the direction of air from the second outlet of the vacuum pump to a tank for the positive pressure to the fuel system and directs vacuum from the first outlet of the pump to a tank along with the direction of air from the second outlet the intake manifold for a negative pressure to the fuel system.
EFFECT: reliability of leak detection improves.
