FIELD: gas engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in gas engines. The cylinder head contains an inlet (8) and an inlet (2). The valve seat ring (4) is located on the inner circumference of the inlet (8). The portion of the inlet (2) located near the inlet (8) is a vertical vortex-generating channel (21). The direction of passage of the vertical vortex-generating channel (21) is inclined with respect to the lower surface (3) of the cylinder head. The surface of the underside of the vertical vortex generating channel (21) is the vertical vortex guide surface (22). The lower end of the vertical vortex guide surface (22) forms a vertical vortex-generating acute angle (9) located above the valve seat ring (4). The projection of the vortex-creating acute angle (9) onto the circular surface of the upper end of the valve seat ring (4) along the axial direction of the inlet (8) is the projection of the acute angle. The acute angle projection is a projecting area that projects from the edge of the circular surface of the upper end of the valve seat ring (4) towards the center of the intake valve in the radial direction. The width of the middle portion of the acute angle projection is greater than the width of both ends of the acute angle projection. Disclosed is a gas engine comprising a cylinder head.
