FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by selection of objects for formation stimulation and increase of oil recovery coefficient. Laboratory studies of oil and gas of selected objects are conducted to define conditions to ensure effective displacement of oil from reservoir formation by gas. Maximum allowable formation pressure values in gas bypass into oil deposit at the oil-water contact and the size of gas factor of oil taken from oil deposit in the area of gas bypass formation stimulation are determined. Gas bypass from gas-saturated formation or gas cap is carried out in a cyclic mode. Time of gas bypass cycle to oil-saturated deposit is set on the basis of regularly measured values of current formation pressure values at the oil-water contact interface, which should be no higher than pressure value of water contacting to oil deposit, and the value of the GOR should be appropriate to working conditions of oil production wells without breakthrough of gas bypassed to oil deposit. Changes in GOR for all producing wells are monitored, and in case of breakthrough of gas bypassed into oil deposit, producing wells flow rate is regulated or these wells are temporarily stopped. Changes in formation pressure or liquid levels in a zone close to the current oil-water contact are monitored, and when they reach values close to pressure in aquifer zone, gas bypass mode is changed or bypass is temporarily stopped.
EFFECT: increased of oil withdrawal from oil deposit.
