SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a precursor for the production of clad foam aluminium includes the manufacture of a container from a metal sheet, the charging of an aluminium alloy powder with porous powder into the powder container, after filling of which the container is covered from above with a metal sheet, sealed, and stepped hot rolling is carried out, wherein a container is made of a metal aluminium alloy sheet, multistage hot rolling is carried out at a temperature of 420°C with a total reduction of 80% and intermediate annealing between the passages, wherein the first pass rolling is carried out with a reduction of 30%, the second - with a reduction of 20%, the third - with a reduction of 10%, the next four - with a reduction of 5% of the original thickness of container.
EFFECT: creation of a method for producing a precursor for the production of clad foam aluminium using rolling to consolidate aluminium alloy sheets with an aluminium alloy powder containing porophore.
