SUBSTANCE: method of transmitting the channel state information (CSI) is disclosed, comprising: selecting, on the basis of the reference signal, the precoding matrix from the codebook, wherein the codebook comprises the precoding matrix W, so that W=αSV, where the matrix V is a matrix N×ν, N denotes the number of ports for the reference signals, ν≤N, S - the line selecting matrix used to select one or more of the vector-lines from the V matrix, and α - the constant; and transmitting the CSI to the base station address, where the CSI comprises the precoding matrix indicator (PMI), wherein that PMI corresponds to the selected precoding matrix. According to embodiments of the present invention, it is possible, by adjusting the codebook structure, to select a suitable precoding matrix in accordance with the interference situation so as to select an data transmitting antenna and the radiation power of the antenna in order to reduce the amount of the planned resources, that are lost due to the applied base station struggling interferences.

EFFECT: volume reduction for planned resources that are lost as a result of base station used to combat interference and improved system capacity by creation of CSI reports.
