FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncogynecology. Immunological parameters are determined: absolute number of lymphocytes (lim_ab), TNFα (TNFα-k) and IL-10 (IL-IL10_k) in peripheral blood, as well as TNFα (TNFα-c) and IL-4 (IL-4_c) in cervical mucus. On the basis of obtained data parameter F(x) is calculated by formula: F(x): P(x)=9.265+1,749x(lim_ab)+0.013×(IL-4_c)+0.005×(IL-10_k)-0.410×(TNFα-k)-0.206×(TNPα-c). If value F(x) is higher than 0.555, unfavourable course of tumour process is predicted, in case if it is lower than 0.555, favourable course is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase prognosis reliability due to taking into account immunological parameters of both blood and cervical secretion.
