SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry. The method includes at least one workstation (10), at least one control station (20) and at least one vulcanization station (30). According to the method, supply n manufacturing tires (T) in a specified time interval (PT) to the input of at least one control station (20). Emit the electromagnetic radiation (ER) at least in one control station (20) for each from n manufacturing tires (T). Adjust the relative position of each from n manufacturing tires (T) and emission and detection devices (21, 22) during emission and detection operations, so that, at least the positions from which electromagnetic radiation (ER) creates, describe a path (P), associated with toroidal design of each from n manufacturing tires (T). Perform tomographic control, creating at least one set of control parameters (CP). Create the alert signal (NS) as the function from the comparison between the control parameters (CP) and corresponding reference parameters (Ref). In the same specified time interval (PT) introduce into the production line (1) k manufacturing tires (Tk), where k≤n, coming out of at least one control station (20), and move n-k manufacturing tires (Tn-k) out of the production line (1) as the function from the alert signal (NS).
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time and improve the tires control quality.
