FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: according to the invention the device comprises of a power source, the first charge switch, a voltage regulator, current regulator, control device, charging current transmitter, first voltage converter, voltage setter and current setter. N-1 charge keys are additionally inserted in the device for N charging of series-connected battery modules constituting a battery pack. In addition, N discharge keys, N diodes and N-1 measuring voltage transducers are added. Each battery module includes a battery, charge switch, discharge switch and a diode, wherein the battery modules are connected in series. The inputs of each N measuring voltage converters are connected to the terminals of each N battery. The output of the measuring current transducer and the output of the current setter are respectively connected to the first and second inputs of the control device and the outputs of all N voltage converters are connected to the inputs from the 3rd to (n+2)-th of the control device. Each output from the 2nd to the (n+1)-th of the control device is connected to the control input of keys from 2.1-th to 2.N-th charge, each output from (n+2)-th to (2n+1)-th of the control device is connected to the control input of keys from 11.1-th to 11.N-th digit and the power supply output is connected to the third input of the current regulator.

EFFECT: timely disconnection of the battery from the charging device, reduced weight and size of the power unit.
