FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for bile duct internal drainage is a hollow PVC tube with a distal basket consisting of four lobes. The tube has a length of 90 to 95 mm, is equipped with an additional 20-22 mm one-piece proximal basket, with width of 13-17 mm, consisting of two lobes, bending in the middle at an angle of 60° and forming a rhombus, located at a distance of 50-55 mm from the distal basket.
EFFECT: use of the invention allows to improve reliability by restoring the natural bile flow by preventing drainage migration, as well as atraumatic insertion and removal, preventing its germination with local tissues and encrustation with bile acids.
