SUBSTANCE: said fiber-optic connector designed for terminating the fiber-optic cable containing multiple optical fibers, includes: an outer connector casing, a ferrule, essentially free from the adhesive, a shank and a sleeve located between the ferrule and the shank. The sleeve includes an area with an extended gripping part intended for extended fixing of the plurality of the optical fibers outside the ferrule. Moreover, the sleeve includes a comb for laying optical fibers, which separates potentially tangled fibers, includes a plurality of optical fibers with a constant interval between them and provides the possibility of rectilinear submission of a number of fibers to the ferrule channels in the process of cable introduction. The connector includes an elastic element located between the shank and the rear part of the sleeve, and an intermediate spring element located between the front part of the sleeve and the rear part of the ferrule.
