FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing heavy gas oil catalytic cracking with a recirculate in an intermediate tank to form secondary raw material, heating the raw material, feeding it to the coking chamber at the coking temperature, and coking with producing coke and a coker distillate which is fed into the lower part of the rectification column for fractionation. Wherein extract of furfural cleaning of oil production in an amount of 20-30% of the mixture is pre-mixed with the heavy gas oil of catalytic cracking; light or heavy coker gas oil is used as recirculate, with the recirculation ratio of 1.5-2.0. After stopping the secondary raw material supply in the coking chamber, a coolant in an amount of 10-20 t/h is supplied to the coking chamber at the temperature of 500-530°C for 6-8 hours, which can be represented by light or heavy coker gas oil.
EFFECT: expansion of raw material resources for obtaining needle coke with the high evaluation of microstructure and high mechanical strength.
