SUBSTANCE: method for plant identification comprises a DNA sequence that contributes to the crucfer clubroot disease resistance for Brassica napus. The method comprises genomic DNA isolation from a Brassica plant, and isolated genomic DNA screening on a nucleic acid molecular marker, which is a repeated short sequence (SSR), comprising a polynucleotide which is amplified in the polymerase chain reaction by a pair of oligonucleotide primers SEQ ID NO: 18 and SEQ ID NO : 19 and a pair of primers SEQ ID NO: 20 and SEQ ID NO: 21, wherein the presence of SSR nucleic acid molecular marker is indicative of the presence of DNA sequences that contribute to crucifers clubroot disease resistance for Brassica napus.
EFFECT: invention can effectively identify plants with crucifers clubroot disease resistance for Brassica napus.
