FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: aspiration loop of the fluid system for selective apiration control comprises a suction pipe, functionally coupled to the surgical device; an aspiration pump to create aspiration flow in the aspiration line; an aspiration outlet line functionally connected to the aspiration pump with one end and to a waste tank with the other; an aspiration vent line connected to the aspiration line between the aspiration pump and the surgical device with its first end; and a selectively controlled outlet valve functionally connected to the aspiration vent line. The said outlet valve is adapted to selectively move for selective change of the aspiration pressure within the aspiration line. The outlet valve is a rotary valve with an inlet, an outlet and a channel which connects the inlet to the outlet. The outlet valve is capable of selective rotation in order to selectively actuate at least partial communication of the said channel with the aspiration vent line. Various designs of fluidics systems are disclosed.
EFFECT: increased speed and decreased pressure surges in the course of operations.
