FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of obtaining plants of chrysanthemum deadrise (Chrysanthemum carinatum Schousb.) Under conditions in vitro by introducing into the culture seed cells for callus formation and subsequent plant regeneration, consisting in that the sterilized seeds were placed on a nutrient medium Murashige-Skoog medium supplemented with 0.7% agar, 1 mg/l 6-benzylaminopurine, 0.1-1 mg/l indole-3-acetic acid, adjusted to 1 l sterile distilled water and cultured for one passage until callus, not more than 26 days, calli were then transplanted to a Murashige-Skoog nutrient medium with half the concentration of all components and 0.7% agar is added 0.2-1 mg/l 6-benzylaminopurine and cultured for 2-4 passages before the regenerated plants.
EFFECT: invention allows to achieve a high percentage of plant regeneration of chrysanthemum deadrise.
