SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. The method for operating a communication system comprising the base station and a plurality of terminals configured for communication over the air interface supporting a downlink shared channel for transferring the user plane data from the base station to the terminal devices and a downlink control channel for transferring the control plane data from the base station to the terminal devices, wherein the control plane data are configured to transfer information on the allocation of physical resources for the shared downlink channel for the respective terminal devices, and wherein the air interface is based on a radio frame structure comprising a plurality of subframes, each subframe comprising a control area to support the downlink control channel and a user control area to support the downlink shared channel; wherein the method comprises the steps on which: the control area of the first radio subframe is used for transferring the order to allocate physical resources for the first terminal device by the downlink shared channel in the user plane area of the second radio subframe, the second radio subframe following the first radio subframe.

EFFECT: invention provides data transfer using networks of LTE type by means of relatively inexpensive and simple devices.
