SUBSTANCE: mobile terminal device for receiving data from the base station in the wireless communication system by using a plurality of sub-carriers covering the system frequency bandwidth. The mobile terminal device is adapted to receive and buffer the physical layer control information transmitted by the base station on the sub-carriers covering the system frequency bandwidth, to receive and buffer the higher-level data transmitted by the base station only on the sub-carriers covering the predetermined limited frequency band. The limited frerquency band is less than the system frerquency band and is stored within it. The predetermined limited frequency band is previously known to the mobile terminal device, prossessing the buffered control information of the physical layer for determining the data distribution of higher level for the terminal device within the limited frequency bands and processing the buffered data of higher level to retrieve the distributed data of higher level for the terminal device from the limited frequency band.

EFFECT: reducing the signal frequency band that needs to be decoded.
