FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine engineering, in particular to the gears design, used in power conversion devices, distribution or separating gears. Bevel gear includes the first rotor and the second rotor. The first and the second rotor axes of rotation are inclined from collinearity and intersected. Each rotor includes at least one protruberance, having the first side and the second side. The first side of each protruberance is the curved surface, formed at least by one spherical involute profile. The protruberances of the first rotor are engaged with the protruberances of the second rotor along the rotor periphery. One or more of the first rotor teeth are in contact with the oppositing rotor teeth to transmit the torque from the first toothed rotor to the opposite toothed rotor. The individual teeth of the first rotor provide taking up the backlash, thus, taking up the backlash and torque transmission is not taken place on the same tooth of each rotor.
EFFECT: possibility to use the bevel gear in the power conversion devices, distribution and separating gears is achieved.
