FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for increasing the efficiency of in vitro cultivation of birch, Chinese magnolia, rhododendron and lilac, which includes microshoots reproduction on artificial media for three weeks, combined with shoots micrografting allowing no more than two axillary buds on an explant.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the multiplication frequency, frequency of rooting under in vitro and ex vitro conditions and adaptation efficacy.
