FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology of plants. Invention represents a method for preserving quality characteristics of in vitro culture of some wood plants (chinese magnolia, rhododendron, lilac, birch) including reproduction of sprouts on artificial nutrient media, where in 7-10 days after cultivation in standard conditions sprouts are placed in conditions with temperature of 4-8 °C and level of illumination of 500-1000 lux up to 8 (chinese magnolia, birch) or up to 12 months (rhododendron, lilac).
EFFECT: invention improves preservation of quality characteristics of in vitro cultures of chinese magnolia and birch.
