SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention is the method for preserving the juvenile status of the in vitro raspberry culture (Rubus idaeus), comprising transferring the raspberry micro-plants at the stages of multiplication or rooting onto nutrient media under the conditions of reduced illumination and reduced temperature, where the change in illumination and temperature takes place after 5 days at the stage of animation and 14 days at the rooting stage after the start of the next passage of cultivation, the nutritional medium at the multiplication stage is MS nutrient medium with the addition of sucrose 30 g/l, inositol 100 mg/l, pyridoxine 0.1 mg/l, thiamine 0.1 mg/l, nicotinic acid 0.5 mg/l, 6-BAP 0.8 mg/l and zeatin 0.1 mg/l, and at the rooting stage, a nutrient medium is used as a nutrient medium 1/2 QL with the addition of sucrose 20 g/l, inositol 100 mg/l, pyridoxine 0.1 mg/l, thiamine 0.1 mg/l, nicotinic acid 0.5 mg/l, indolyl butyric acid (IBA) 0.1 mg/l, IAA 0.1 mg/l, the intensity of illumination is reduced to 1000±200 lux, and the temperature – up to 4–8 °C.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the storage time with subsequent effective adaptation.
