SUBSTANCE: method comprises sampling air by sampler "Flora-100" which is placed in a specific pattern, and identification of microorganisms, wherein the further adjusted membrane filter into a sampler, in a cup with a selected sample was placed 10 ml of a medium for the preservation and stabilization of RNA viruses and identification of viruses was carried out by determination of the nucleic acids of pathogens of acute respiratory viral infections in man by multiplex PCR with the detection in real time.
EFFECT: invention improves the estimation accuracy and can be used to assess the viral contamination of the air in rooms of enterprises and organizations in various fields.
