FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: test system for multiplex quantitative analysis of expression of interferon lambda, MxA antiviral protein and interleukin 23 genes based on reverse transcription combined with real-time polymerase chain reaction, including specific primers and their corresponding fluorescent hydrolysable probes, as well as negative and positive control samples.
EFFECT: invention allows detection, identification and quantification of transcription levels of these genes RNA with high sensitivity, specificity and possibility of multiplex analysis, allows to reduce the cost of analysis by reducing labor, consumption of reagents and plastic and speed up the procedure; can be successfully applied in the control of treatment and prediction the course of human infectious, allergic and autoimmune diseases.
