SUBSTANCE: method for predicting postpericardiotomic syndrome (MTSO) in patients with coronary heart disease after coronary artery bypass surgery is characterized by the fact that patients at the time of surgery and the next day after it determines the activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO) and arilesteraznuyu Activity paraksonazy (the PON) in the pericardial fluid and blood plasma, then calculated the coefficient K = MPO/PON, which characterizes the ratio of activity of MPO and arilesteraznoy PON activity, with the value of the coefficient K in the pericardial fluid, equal to 4.27 or more, a patient with a probability of 71.4% predict development MTSO, and a value of the coefficient K plasma equal to 5.19 and a probability of the syndrome MTSO will be 70%.
EFFECT: improved accuracy, specificity and sensitivity of the prognostic method to identify risk early on and select the appropriate therapy for these patients.
