SUBSTANCE: invention represents a differential diagnostic technique for gonarthrosis stages, including blood analysis and determination of plasma concentration of uric acid (MC), in mqm/l, characterised by that in mononuclear fraction blood is examined for activity of myeloperoxidase (MPO), in standard units/min·mg, and activity of xantinoxidoreductaze (KOR), in IU/g, followed by calculating total diagnostic coefficient K by formula: if observing condition 3.1≤K<3.4 stage I is diagnosed; if observing condition 3.4≤K<3.9 stage II is diagnosed; if observing condition 3.9≤K<5.2 stage III is diagnosed; if observing the condition K≥5.2 stage IV is diagnosed of gonarthrosis by Kellgren-Lawrence scale.

EFFECT: high reliability of gonarthrosis stages differential diagnosis.
