SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely, to a method for predicting early neonatal pneumonia, which consists in determining in the serum of peripheral blood both anti-inflammatory cytokines, the method is different in that the haplotypes in the TNFA and IL-10 genes in the blood serum are determined, the links between single-nucleotide polymorphisms G-308A and G4682A in the TNFA gene and A-1082G and A-592C in the IL-10 gene and fetal pathologies, a haplotype analysis is carried out and with the increase in the frequency of the haplotype AGCC in the IL-10 gene, the development of early neonatal pneumonias in newborns is predicted.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention makes it possible to predict pneumonia in infants at early stages and increases the informative value of the forecasting method.
