FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device is a metal block made in the form of a cylinder connected to the body with a longitudinal axial channel in which there is a thermocouple, which is a metal tube with a ceramic insert, in which there are thermocouple wires protruding at the end of the thermocouple beyond the metal tube with a ceramic insert and connected to a working junction. Thermocouple wires in a metal tube with a ceramic insert are located in the ceramic insert at an angle of 90° with respect to each other at the four corners of the insert as close as possible to the interface between the insert and the metal tube of the thermocouple, provided that the electrical resistance between the thermocouple wires and the thermocouple metal tube is sufficient. In this case, the four thermocouple wires protruding from the insert are pre-twisted in the thermo-vapour region and connected to the working junction by laser welding over the surface of the thermocouple wires to a depth of half the diameter of the thermocouple wire with a ratio of the thermo-paste length to the total length of the protruding thermocouple wires as 1:3, the output of the two thermocouple wires from the insert in relation to the direction of the oncoming gas flow is oriented longitudinally.
EFFECT: improving device performance while maintaining its mechanical strength and resistance to gas-dynamic loads from the gas stream.
