FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thermometry and can be used to measure temperature of high-temperature high-rate processes on surfaces of different gas ducts. Device represents a metal unit made in the form of a cylinder connected to the housing with a longitudinal axial channel, in which there is a thermocouple, which is a metal tube with a heat-resistant metal insert with high heat conductivity, in which there are thermocouple wires protruding on end of thermocouple beyond metal tube with ceramic insert and connected to working junction on wall surface of gas duct. Insert from heat-resistant metal with high heat conductivity is made with grooves in internal cavity, passing in opposite located relative to longitudinal axis of insertion grooves passing on outer side of insert from heat-resistant metal with high heat conductivity and not reaching each other at distance of ten diameters of thermocouple wire. Slots are filled with high-temperature thermo- and electrically insulating composition. Thermocouple wires passing in grooves and grooves are enclosed in high-temperature insulating tube, which ends at the distance of ten diameters of thermocouple wire to the place of its welding to web, thus forming working junction of thermocouple: first thermocouple wire – jumper – second thermocouple wire.

EFFECT: reduced error of measuring gas flue surface temperature at control of high-speed high-temperature processes in gas dynamics.
