FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: on the abrasive wheel cutting surface, grooves are made with the depth of 0.1-0.2 mm with the alternating pitch of the trapezoidal or the rectangular profile. The impregnation is carried out by means of a solid impregnator applied to the flexible substrate with the adhesive layer, which is applied to the cutting surface and is pressed by the roller during the wheel rotation. Then the wheel surface with the impregnator is heated by the directed heat flow, and rolling by the roller is continued until the impregnator is softened. After that, during the wheel rotation, the impregnator is brought to the dry condition.
EFFECT: reducing the impregnator consumption and increasing the impregnation uniformity of the abrasive wheel cutting part while using simple equipment.
