FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: dosed physical load is performed in the form of exercises for 20-30 sessions of 3-7 repetitions of each exercise (E) overcoming the painful dominant by pronouncing "HA" sound on expiration. After the exercises, the body is exposed to water with a temperature of 4-6°C in the form of a shower, bath or stream, an autopsychological effect is performed with an attitude set to recovery, and protein intake is compensated for by protein nutrition. The exercise is carried out at home, in the form of 9 E using an expander, thrown through the room radiator section in its upper part, kneeling on the gym mat and holding the ends of the expander by hands. E from 1 to 8 are performed standing with back to the radiator. E 1 - torso tilting to the left and to the right with expander stretching; E 2 expander ends spreading and bringing together to the chest without back bending in the thoracic region; E 3 - simulation of oarsman movements in a boat, hands with the expander move to the sides and back to the shoulder level; E 4 - shoulder press with hands spreading and bringing together to the chest, like for E 2. E 5 - expander traction with hands raised forward from behind the head. E 6 - lifting and lowering of spread hands with a stretched expander. E 7 - hands flexion and extension in elbows with a stretched expander. E 8 - alternating expander traction with hands until the arms are straightened in the elbow joints. E 9 - body tilting back with expander stretching, kneeling face to the radiator. E 10 - pulling the expander behind the head with hands, lying on the mat with the emphasis in the lower part of the radiator. Further without the expander: E 11 - legs lifting and lowering, lying on the back on the mat; E 12 - with hands clasped behind the head, pulling the right elbow to the left leg, bent in the knee, to the right leg lying bent in the knee, feet on the mat, and vice versa.

EFFECT: method provides treatment of this pathology with a complex effect on muscles and ligaments, muscle creation, possible under home conditions without any need to use many training devices.
