FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: production process of high purity calcium fluoride, which comprises the step of reacting the calcium compound with hydrofluoric acid under stirring, separation by filtration of calcium fluoride precipitate, its drying . The starting reactants are 5-13% solutions of calcium chloride and 20% hydrofluoric acid, taken with a 20% excess of stoichiometry, mixing is performed at room temperature at a speed of 600-1000 rpm for 30 min. The bioavailability after oral administration is carried out by using galenic forms.
EFFECT: process allows to increase the biological activity of calcium fluoride by increasing its dispersion to 1,0-0,1 microns to form a stable suspension suitable for prevention and treatment of fluorine deficiency conditions in children and adolescents.
